Collection requests

Using the return link in the email you received when the birthing pool was sent to you, you can schedule a pickup. The birthing pool will be picked up from you within three business days. You will receive a message from DPD in the morning on the day of pickup.

If you are unable to pick up at the time of pickup or the bath is unexpectedly not picked up within three business days, you will receive an email from us with a new return link.

Return unused

It can of course happen that after delivery, for example due to medical reasons, you can no longer use the rented bath for childbirth. Of course, we find this very annoying for you.

When you return the included birthing kit (disposables in the box unopened and unused), an amount of €55 will be refunded to you. 

This only applies to the total package, so individual unused parts will not be credited separately.

What goes back how?

Combine the birthing pool (in the bag with straps and repair kit), the inflation pump, connectors, the manual and folding instructions together in the box. DPD will pick up 1 package.

The birthing pool should be clean, dry and free of any blood before folding, due to possible deterioration of the material.

The birthing pool is disinfected by us after inspection.
